Helensburgh 10k

The races are coming thick and fast now. The Polaroid 10k series kicks off tomorrow night (Thursday 20th) in Helensburgh. Due to injury, I haven't done this one for a few years but it usually comes as a bit of a shock to the system after marathon training.
