Glasgow University Road Race

Back to running this weekend. It is the Glasgow Uni 5 miler tomorrow afternoon. A bit soon after my marathon to expect too much but it is just down the road and a tough but enjoyable two lap course. I haven't run very much since Kielder but I will use it as a hard training session to help prepare for the cross countries coming up.

    Sorry it took me so long to reply to your comment. I saw the photo you took...we do look very relaxed though my dad isn't too sure why he looks so horrified...Thanks for sharing, that was great.

    Hope the GU road race goes well for you - while out a long run one morning I got "caught up" in that race and ended up being told I was leading the race by the marshalls...
